All of our staff, regardless of their previous experience or licensing status, begin with a training rotation with the instructors at
Imperial Training Group.
The focus includes communication and de-escalation skills, firearms proficiency, less-lethal and non-lethal restraint tactics and tools and, most important, the legal requirements to effectively and ethically protect your assets, image, and staff. Other aspects include professional reporting skills, as well as team tactics and management, and operatives are available who are trained for CPR, Active Threat Management, and more.
